Filling stitches: Long and short darning stitch, stem stitch
Design is inspired from manuscript cover. Rich texture of fabric and fine quality workmanship of stitches makes the composition unmatchable. Circular print is created in dhoti by filling the outer space with long and short darning stitches leaving the circles unembroidered. Voiding technique is used to define facial details, fingers and demarcate folds of fabric in dhoti and waist cloth.
