We are selling through taking direct orders and customizing specific requirements. Custom orders may take some extra time than usual for completion. We intend to bring the fact to your notice that handcrafted products are one of their own kinds; even replicating them may vary from their original designs slightly. These products are firstly hand drawn by miniature artist and then embroidered by skilled craftspeople. They may sometimes show drawing outlines which suggests the processes involved in making these spectacular art forms. We request you not to see them as any kind of defect or fault.

Rumals of Chamba reserves the sole right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions every time you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
BILLING
The price of our merchandise as mentioned on Rumals of Chamba is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of GST and shipping charges depending on product type. In some cases its inclusive in MRP while in others particularly handicrafts; depending on the volume of packet the courier charges are mentioned separately. The framing of artefacts will be taken specifically on demand and will be priced separately.

You can order by paying through Funds Transfer/RTGS/IMPS/Paytm/Googlepay.
DELIVERY
Rumals of Chamba endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Rumals of Chamba fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Rumals of Chamba may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Rumals of Chamba for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. Duties & Taxes for international orders will based on the destination country and the products imported.
